Meet Our Leaders

Sean Broderick is the Chairman of Fulton Community Basketball, Inc. He currently serves as the Early College High School Program Coordinator at G. Ray Bodley High School. Broderick previously spent 25 years in the business world.  He also was the Executive Vice President of A&E Transport Services and the Vice President of Durham School Services. 

After serving as Fulton’s boys varsity basketball coach from 2018-2023, Broderick is now giving back to the program while serving as a modified coach. He spent 15 years coaching at the collegiate level and is a USA Basketball Certified Coach. As a varsity basketball coach, Broderick’s teams came away with the Scholar-Athlete Team Award in each of his five seasons. His. 653 win percentage ranks among the highest of any five-year stretch in school history.  Broderick’s 2020-21 team finished #2 in Section III. He was named SCAC Coach of the Year in both the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons. His 2021-22 team was the #2 seed in the Section III, Class A Playoffs which is the highest seed in school history.  All five of his teams finished in the top five of the section.

Broderick is the Director of Fulton Youth and Travel Basketball. He is the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Oswego County. Broderick’s on the Board of Trustees for Catholic Charities of Oswego County. He’s also on the Oswego County Board of Trustees. Broderick also serves on the Board of Directors for the Fulton Family YMCA, Arc of Onondaga Foundation, the Fulton Rotary Club and the Syracuse University Hardwood Club. He’s also part of the DRI, Bricks, G. Ray Bodley High School Leadership and Fulton City School District Site Based committees. 

Broderick resides in Fulton with his wife, Theresa. The Broderick’s are proud parents of Connor, Jack and Claire.
